Pink Champagne Cake for couples 1st anniversary

My daughter called me yesterday to let me know the pink champagne cake had arrived...she wasn't going to look at it until her husband got home from work. Later that evening she sent us via cell phone a photo of the cake...looked yummy! She called later to tell us that the cake was, on a scale of 1-10 (the best), it was a definite 10! She said it was one of the best cakes that she has ever had (she comes from a long line of dessert eaters) ditto from the son-in-law as well. Since they didn't have a top from their wedding cake from last year...this meant a lot to them. I plan on visiting her next month...so I asked her to save me a slice and freeze it so that I can taste it too! Thank you again for adding to the first anniversary celebration. You were very accommodating and obviously make a fabulous product. I am an amateur chef and know good food. I will spead the word about you and your wonderful cakes. By the way, do you ship those cakes out of state? If so, I may be calling in the future to have some sent as gifts to other family members and friends. Thank you again.
